Run. Rain’s first instinct was to run. She had done something horrible, something that might as well cost her life and… Well… she was scared. But she shouldn’t be. She was the type of woman who embraced danger; every bit of it. Though it was different that day. Her supposedly mission, the crime that she had to commit… it was a wrong step.

So she ran, looking left and right, for any quick exits that she could take just to lose her pursuers. The streets were hardly crowded, which was both an advantage and disadvantage for her. Advantage because she didn’t need to push or shove through, disadvantage because she was in the clear view of those chasing her. She just needed to get away, to somewhere… Anywhere! But with her attention not placed in front of her, she had felt herself bump into something — Or someone in that case — which caused for her to lose her stepping and fall backwards onto her bottom.

At the voice of the stranger, Rain shook her head clear and looked up at him. Her chocolate coloured eyes were in panic and instead of replying, she simply snapped her head to her right. Bushes. Bushes were perfect to hide within or behind. So, quickly scrambling back up onto her feet, she rushed and dived into the hollow bush.

Her mind, clouded. Her breathing, carefully slowing down. Her sight, locked onto three men in suits that approached the area. They seemed out of breath, cursing quietly as they searched for Rain. They were so sure that she was running just a few moments… But now… She poofed into thin air. At least that’s what they thought.

“Hey. You there.” One of the men pointed at the Luci and gestured for him to come over.
